We cover all of Beavercreek, including the neighborhoods near The Greene and out toward Wright-Patterson. Prefabricated fireplaces are common in the newer builds, and they need the right liner and cap just like masonry ones do.
Book a free inspection and we'll tell you exactly what your system needs before winter — no guesswork, no pressure, and a firm price up front.

Questions we get a lot
My Beavercreek house has a factory-built metal fireplace. Do you service those?
Yes, and they need it as much as masonry does. Prefab units have a listed metal chimney, a refractory panel firebox, and a specific cap — all of which wear and all of which have to be replaced with parts listed for that unit.
Can I put a stainless liner in a factory-built fireplace?
Not the way you would in a masonry chimney. A prefab is a tested system, and modifying it with parts it was not listed for voids the listing and your insurance. If the metal chimney is compromised, the fix is the manufacturer's replacement section.
Do you cover all of Greene County?
We do — Beavercreek, Fairborn, Bellbrook, Xenia, and the addresses in between. Beavercreek is a short run from our Kettering base, so same-week slots are usually available.
How do I know whether I have a masonry or a prefab fireplace?
Look up into the firebox with a flashlight. Brick and mortar with clay tile above means masonry. Smooth metal panels with visible seams, and a metal pipe rather than a brick stack, means prefab. Send us a photo if you are not sure.
