Yes. Your initial Level-1 visual inspection is free this season (a $150 value). If we find something, you receive a plain-English explanation and a written quote, with no obligation to book the repair. A Level-2 camera inspection is a separate service when needed.

Usually, and the answer depends on where they are. Cracked mortar joints get repointed, a cracked crown gets coated or rebuilt, and a cracked clay liner gets relined in stainless. A crack running through the brick and the structure itself is the one case where a rebuild is the honest answer.
